The Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a senior executive tasked with day to day operations for Nuffield Holdings Group of Companies. This includes the Group’s dental, medical and specialist businesses. This is a highly hands-on position with emphasis on profitability, productivity, accountability and revenue growth. Reports to: Group Chief Executive Officer Works closely with: Board of Directors, Group CFO, Heads of Departments, Clinical Leadership and Business Unit Leaders Location: Singapore with responsibility for regional operations •Translate strategic direction set by Group CEO and the Board into measurable operational outcomes •Work alongside C-Suite on group strategy, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, clinical development, investments and corporate alliances •Good understanding of business functions across the board •Responsible for post mergers and acquisitions operational integration and performance improvement •Work closely with Group CFO on improving EBITDA, operating revenue and budget •Ability to convert financial data into specific operational actions •Establish a disciplined, data-driven performance-management framework throughout the organisation •Cross functional leadership in partnering with HR, marketing, IT, clinical leaders and functions in launching of new systems •Risk management and maintain regulatory compliance and due diligence •Translate marketing expenditure into measurable commercial outcomes •Drive technological automation with increased utilisation of AI •Develop scalable operating model for overseas expansion businesses •Maintain control of diverse business operations •Spearhead and set comprehensive goals for business growth •Establish CSR programmes •Establish policies that promote culture and vision to foster a high-performing workplace including change management Preferably Masters degree in Business, Management, Finance or a related field Proven experience in Business Planning and Operations Management in a dental/healthcare industry Possess strong analytical skills Data and system fluency Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
