Regional HR Executive ($4600)

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations across Singapore and assigned regional offices. Handle employee lifecycle matters including onboarding, transfers, confirmations and offboarding. Support recruitment, manpower planning and coordination with hiring managers. Coordinate payroll, benefits, leave, claims and employee records. Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Support performance management, employee engagement and HR initiatives. Prepare HR reports, headcount data and basic HR analytics. Assist with regional HR projects, process improvements and policy implementation. Liaise with overseas HR teams and external vendors where required. Requirements Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related discipline. 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with regional/MNC exposure. Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment regulations. Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS. Independent, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities.
