Job Summary You will provide expert consultations and perform facial and skin treatments to meet client needs, assist doctors with treatment care, and contribute to sales targets while maintaining high service and hygiene standards in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Conduct professional consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments Perform basic facial and skin treatments following training to ensure client satisfaction and safety Build and sustain strong client relationships by providing attentive service and follow-up on treatment progress Achieve individual and team sales targets through ethical and consultative sales practices Assist doctors with pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care to support clinical outcomes Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms to comply with health and safety regulations Stay informed on the latest products, services, and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice to clients Collaborate proactively with team members to support clinic operations and client care Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in aesthetics, beauty, spa, or wellness industry to effectively perform consultations and treatments Demonstrated ability to conduct service consultations and close sales independently Hands-on experience in delivering aesthetic or wellness treatments Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members effectively Ability to work retail clinic hours, including Saturdays, to meet client scheduling needs Positive, customer-focused attitude and proactive team player mindset Other Information Work Location: Parkway Parade Remuneration includes basic salary, commission, and incentives with attractive monthly earning potential based on performance Benefits include 14 days annual leave with an additional day for every 12 months of service, structured training and mentorship, clear career progression, supportive team culture, and staff treatment benefits Work schedule: 5-day work week with rest day on Sunday and public holidays
