[2868] Student Services Executive (1 year contract)

Salary: $3,000 - $4,200 Location: Central (Relocating to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng area around Q2 2027) Working Hours: Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 6pm / Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm Responsibilities Support pre-departure and arrival briefings for international students. Coordinate with outsourced vendors to ensure application and Student Pass data entry is completed on time and accurately. Organise Integration and Student Wellbeing Events for new local and international students. Answer Student Pass mailbox. Update documents, financial records and presentation slides. Manage administration of Inpatient and Outpatient student medical insurance. Liaise with Business Units to coordinate student registration for insurance. Manage student enquiries on insurance update statistics. Manage Meet & Greet Services, including scheduling arrangements for Airport Pick-up, Medical and Student Pass Collections. Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Communicate and provide regular updates to current students through social media and webpage. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements Degree in any discipline / Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a Private Education industry environment would be an advantage.
