Biotechnologist | cGMP Manufacturing Specialist #HDCE

Join a dynamic biotechnology manufacturing environment where you will play an important role in supporting high-quality production operations and process excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to perform cGMP manufacturing activities, operate production systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Execute routine and non-routine manufacturing operations according to established SOPs, batch records, and electronic documentation systems. Perform cleanroom production activities including equipment preparation, cleaning, sterilization processes, filtration activities, and material handling. Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and manufacturing execution systems while ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Carry out sampling activities, laboratory checks, process monitoring, and documentation of production data. Support troubleshooting activities, investigations, deviation management, and corrective actions to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in process transfers, validation activities, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Support safety, quality, housekeeping, and audit readiness initiatives within the manufacturing facility. Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job support to team members when required. Requirements: Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related disciplines. Relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous. Familiarity with cGMP practices, cleanroom operations, manufacturing systems, and equipment operations is preferred. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to support rotating shifts and operational requirements. Ability to comply with cleanroom gowning, safety procedures, and manufacturing requirements.
