Regulatory Reporting & Accounting Officer (Banking, MAS)

About the role This role encompasses regulatory reporting, accounting, taxation, and back office operations within a banking environment. You will prepare regulatory reports, maintain accounting systems, process financial transactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Prepare all MAS and other regulatory reports (including surveys) Prepare and monitor daily regulatory compliance summary Maintain documentation for reporting processes Assist in managing changes arising from new regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation Day-to-day accounting including receivables, payables, accruals and prepayments Maintenance of accounting system and manual standing data Preparation of Financial Statements Assist in preparation of GST and tax returns and schedules Process treasury transactions (FX, money market, derivatives, bonds) Payment & Settlement Operations (e.g., SWIFT, FAST, GIRO, wire transfers) Requirements Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in a wholesale bank Tertiary degree, preferably in Banking, finance or accounting Good knowledge of MAS regulatory reports (610, 649 etc) and corporate loans Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Interested applicants please apply directly for further shortlisting review.
