📍 Location: Jalan Boon Lay 🕐 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Facilities Management Centre, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of facilities management services. Develop and implement facilities management programmes to improve operational efficiency, service quality and asset performance. Manage large-scale and multi-site facilities portfolios , including maintenance, building systems and infrastructure. Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, emergency preparedness and business continuity requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements . Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, technology, innovation and industry best practices. Manage vendors and service providers, including contract performance, service levels and cost optimisation. Plan and manage facilities budgets, ensuring effective utilisation of resources and expenditure. Lead facilities-related projects and programmes, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope and budget. Identify and manage operational risks to minimise disruptions and safeguard facilities and assets. Lead, coach and develop the Facilities Management team while driving a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular updates on operational performance, projects, risks and improvement initiatives. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, Estate Management or a related discipline. Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Real Estate or related fields. At least 5–8 years of leadership experience managing sizeable facilities operations, teams or complex accounts. Strong experience managing multi-site facilities portfolios and delivering end-to-end FM/IFM services. Good knowledge of facility operations, maintenance strategies, building systems and regulatory compliance. Strong programme and project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders. Proven experience in vendor management, contract management and budget planning. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive organisational change, operational excellence and continuous improvement. CFME Tier 2 certification preferred. Relevant Workplace Safety / WSH / Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification will be advantageous. Other relevant Facilities Management, Engineering or Project Management certifications will be advantageous.
