About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised officer to support the client's corporate operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working across diverse operational functions to contribute to the establishment and growth of a developing organisation. Key Responsibilities As Senior Associate (Corporate), you will support the effective functioning across a range of corporate operations. Office Renovation and Relocation You will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating client’ office renovation and relocation, working with key stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered smoothly and with minimal disruption to operations. Support the planning, coordination and delivery of office renovation and office relocation initiatives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g., building management, facilities service providers, contractors, IT vendors, and partner agencies) to facilitate renovation works and resolve operational issues. Monitor the project budget and support the financial, administrative, and documentation requirements for the renovation process. Support the planning and coordination of the office move, including setting up the new office and coordinating the movement of staff, equipment, and other items. Assist with office readiness and post-move follow-up, including checking that facilities and equipment are ready for use and following up on outstanding issues. Corporate Operations You will also support client’s day-to-day corporate operations, providing administrative and operational support across areas such as finance, procurement, knowledge management, HR, IT, and office matters. You will work closely with the relevant teams to coordinate processes, maintain records and documentation, and follow through on administrative requirements. From time to time, you will also be given opportunities to contribute to the client’s events and projects to broaden your exposure to corporate services and operations functions as well as the space sector. Requirements Experience in one or more corporate functions such as office renovation or relocation, procurement, finance administration, office or facilities management, records management, or general administration. Experience coordinating projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience supporting office renovation, fit-out or relocation projects would be an advantage. Good understanding of public sector processes, governance requirements and administrative procedures would be an advantage. Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders concurrently. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, partner agencies, and external service providers. A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to follow through on tasks and ensure compliance with established processes.
