Full Time Service Crew

Job Summary You will provide attentive and professional table service in a fine dining environment, presenting menu items clearly, assisting guests with reservations and special requests, and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities Deliver attentive, courteous, and professional table service to enhance guest dining experience Present menu items clearly and accurately, including set menus and wine/tea pairings, to assist guests in making informed choices Assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and accommodate special requests promptly and courteously Maintain cleanliness and an elegant atmosphere in the dining area throughout service hours Coordinate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely service flow Handle guest payments accurately and manage guest feedback professionally to support continuous service improvement Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or full-service restaurant environments to support high service standards Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking guests and colleagues Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs Presentable and well-groomed appearance aligned with service-oriented roles Positive attitude and responsible approach to teamwork and guest service Other Information Working Location: Suntec City Working Hours: Shift work between 10am to 11:30pm; 6 days/week (9hrs/day) Salary: Up to $3200/month (Negotiable based on relevant working experience) What We Offer Competitive salary with yearly performance bonus Structured training in fine-dining service standards Supportive and respectful working environment Staff meals and other benefits
