Medical Store Assistant

Job Responsibilities Replenish medical consumables in hospitals at various stock points Conduct inventory count regularly and ensure that stock levels are accurate and up to date Ensure that supplies are stored and classified properly Ensure data is accurately recorded in system, and delivery is arranged Manage inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks Identify supply chain gaps and deficiencies, and work on improvements Ensure that supplies are monitored for quality Communicate with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management Job Requirements Minimum ‘O’ and ‘N’ Level or equivalent Minimum 2 years relevant experience Proficient in Mathematics Tech savvy, proficient in Computer Literacy Personal Qualities Physically fit as personnel needs to go to multiple locations within hospitals Highly responsible and conscientious High integrity and ethical standards Attributes Willing to work effectively in a team Able and willing to openly share ideas, communicate effectively and meaningfully contribute Embrace the idsMED values of Loyalty, Integrity, Balance, Care, Agility, Reliability and Entrepreneurship Show a genuine desire to care for others, with a Happy, Engaging, Approachable, Responsible and Trustworthy personality.
