Project Manager

Good understanding of Singapore Standard Code of Practice Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation Provide direction in construction planning, co-ordinate works with main contractors, sub-contractors, ensure overall construction progress based on work schedule Ensure timely and smooth progress of works Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with Managing, scheduling and tracking of sub-contractors' progress Prepare monthly project progress report Run projects independently Monitor and ensure that site progress is in accordance to the master program with no delay in work and proper work sequencing Manage project team resources for efficient deployment and project cost management Related experience in the field of building facade, aluminium and glazing and related works Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Certification in Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly BCSS), CSCPM and Manage work at height added advantage Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
