We are now looking for a Junior ATM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Singapore! You will support senior consultants, and project leads in the design, development and delivery of Air Traffic Management, airport and wider aviation systems assignments. The role is intended for a developing consultant with 3–5 years of relevant experience who is keen to build practical capability in ATM operations, airport systems, systems engineering, requirements development, verification and validation (V&V), and client-facing consultancy work. You will not be expected to lead complex work streams independently; instead, you will understudy experienced team members, contribute to project tasks, and grow progressively through supervised delivery. Key Responsibility · Support senior consultants on ATM, airport and aviation systems projects, including concept development, requirements drafting, technical reviews and delivery support. · Assist in reviewing operational, technical and supplier information, identifying issues or gaps, and preparing structured comments for senior review. · Support verification, validation, assurance, safety, regulatory and certification activities by preparing checklists, evidence summaries and supporting records. · Participate in client, stakeholder and project meetings, take clear notes, maintain action trackers and support follow-up deliverables. · Assist with project coordination and administration, including document control inputs, progress updates, coordination logs and routine reporting material. · Contribute to research, bid preparation and business development activities through data gathering, draft write-ups and proposal support. Experience · Typically, 3–5 years’ experience in systems engineering, software engineering, aviation, ATM, CNS, airport systems, transport, infrastructure, or another safety-critical technical environment. · Some exposure to requirements, V&V, technical documentation, project delivery, or structured review activities. · Ability to understand operational and technical information and translate it into clear notes, draft requirements, review comments or supporting analysis. · Exposure to aviation, ATM, CNS, airport operations, airport systems, regulated environments or multi-stakeholder projects would be beneficial. · Willingness to learn from senior consultants and progressively build consultancy, technical and project delivery skills. Personal Qualities · Good communicator and team contributor, able to listen carefully, ask questions and work constructively with colleagues and stakeholders. · Able to analyse information, issues, prepare structured observations and seek guidance wherematters are complex or uncertain. · Able to maintain effective working relationships within a multidisciplinary project team. · Flexible and willing to support a range of consultancy, technical, project management and documentation tasks. · Comfortable working with data, technical information and presentation material, with an interest in developing clear storytelling and communication skills. · Proactive, dependable and organised, with the ability to follow through on assigned tasks and keep others informed of progress. · Strong learner with genuine interest in aviation, Air Traffic Management, systems engineering and wider consultancy projects.
