Staff Nurse (Home Care)

Job Summary Deliver compassionate and professional nursing care to home nursing clients, supervise healthcare assistants, and conduct thorough assessments to ensure quality and continuity of care in a homecare setting. Responsibilities Deliver quality nursing care to home nursing clients to meet their health needs and improve well-being Supervise healthcare assistants to ensure effective support and management of complex nursing cases Conduct initial assessments of new clients to establish care plans Perform regular re-assessments to monitor progress of home care service clients and adjust care accordingly Required competencies and certifications Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Degree or Diploma in Nursing Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a homecare setting Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in homecare nursing environments Other Information Work schedule: 5 days per week, non-shift Interested applicants please submit your updated CVs for consideration.
