Coordinate crew onboarding, including interviews, medical checks, travel, lodging, PPE, and documentation for multinational crews. Arrange, verify, and maintain seafarers' licenses, permits, certificates, and documentation, ensuring compliance. Manage Seafarer Certificate of Endorsement/Certificate of Receipt of Application and Tanker Endorsement applications, working with relevant authorities and agencies. Oversee crewing and training records, invoices, and employment contracts, while briefing crews on company policies and maintaining confidentiality. Requirements: Diploma in HRM or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in handling international crew operations on FPSO vessels. Knowledge of seafarer certifications, licenses, and documentation processes.
