Job Summary Oversee restaurant operations and guest relations to maintain quality and safety standards. Manage financial performance by tracking budgets and controlling costs. Lead hiring, training, and mentoring to build a positive and productive team culture. Responsibilities Oversee front and back of house operations to maintain high quality and safety standards Engage directly with diners to create a welcoming and positive dining environment Track budgets and control inventory and labor costs to optimize financial performance Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve unit economics Hire, train, mentor, and schedule restaurant staff to ensure operational efficiency Foster a positive workplace culture that supports teamwork and employee development
