IT Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support Assistant . If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a knack for simple IT tasks, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform simple administrative tasks such as data entry and document filing. Handle data erasure and reformatting of incoming IT equipment like laptops, CPUs. Assist in basic IT-related tasks such as software installation and testing. Organize and update inventory records. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Might need to travel to customer office to perform installations once in a while. Simple warehousing work. Requirements Basic IT knowledge or interest in learning IT-related processes. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in administrative work. Ability to follow processes and instructions closely. Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
