Bude zajišťovat dodržování českých a evropských regulačních rámců (zejména ZISIF, ZPKT, AML, GDPR, AIFMD, SFDR, MiFID II, DORA), bude kontaktní osoba pro ČNB v souvislosti s regulatorním výkaznictvím a záležitostmi dohledu.
