Experiencia entre 1 y 3 años en áreas comerciales, servicio al cliente, SAC o back office comercial. Conocimientos en CRM, PQRS, omnicanalidad, inteligencia de negocios (BI) y análisis de datos. Experiencia brindando soporte a fuerzas de ventas, preferiblemente en empresas de consumo masivo o retail. ✅ Principales responsabilidades: Gestionar y realizar seguimiento a solicitudes, peticiones, quejas y reclamos de clientes. Brindar atención a través de diferentes canales: teléfono, correo electrónico, WhatsApp y página web. Elaborar indicadores de gestión y analizar información comercial. Realizar llamadas de satisfacción y seguimiento a clientes. Apoyar procesos de coordinación BI y back office comercial.
