Importante empresa del sector retail ubicada en Medellín requiere para su equipo de trabajo Analista de Infraestructura, profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Administrativa o carreras afines, con mínimo 2 años de experiencia en infraestructura, mantenimiento, obras o adecuaciones. Su misión será gestionar y analizar la información relacionada con infraestructura, mantenimiento y adecuaciones, realizando seguimiento a proyectos, proveedores e indicadores para facilitar la toma de decisiones y generar oportunidades de mejora. Entre sus principales funciones se encuentran: analizar costos, indicadores y avances de infraestructura; realizar seguimiento a obras, mantenimientos y adecuaciones; verificar cronogramas y gestión de proveedores; mantener actualizada la información técnica de las instalaciones; apoyar inspecciones y visitas de campo; elaborar informes y generar alertas sobre desviaciones; y gestionar requerimientos asociados a aperturas, cierres e intervenciones de espacios. Requisitos: Excel intermedio, manejo de Power BI y habilidades de análisis, organización, autogestión y seguimiento. Horario: lunes a viernes. Contrato: término fijo por 6 meses, renovable.
