Profesional de Planeación, Control y Seguimiento Financier Buscamos analista administrativo con experincia mínima de 2 años en seguimiento presupuestal y en analisis de datos Tu propósito Serás responsable de acompañar la planeación, el seguimiento financiero y operativo, fortaleciendo los procesos de control y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio mediante el análisis de información, la generación de alertas y el seguimiento a indicadores, presupuestos y planes de acción. Principales responsabilidades Realizar seguimiento y análisis de la ejecución presupuestal, identificando desviaciones y generando alertas oportunas. Hacer seguimiento al Plan Operativo, consolidando indicadores, avances, compromisos y resultados. Elaborar informes de gestión financiera y operativa para la toma de decisiones. Realizar seguimiento a planes de mejoramiento derivados de auditorías internas. Identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar la estandarización de procesos administrativos y de control. Requisitos -Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Contaduría Pública o carreras afines. -Experiencia mínima de 2 años en planeación financiera, control de gestión, seguimiento presupuestal, indicadores de desempeño o áreas relacionadas. -Manejo avanzado de Excel. Experiencia en análisis de bases de datos y construcción de indicadores. -Deseable conocimiento en Power BI.
