Atender y gestionar situaciones de inconformidad y PQRS. Realizar seguimiento hasta lograr el cierre efectivo de los casos. Cumplir con los estándares e indicadores de servicio y calidad. Perfil requerido: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente, contact center, PQRS o canales de atención omnicanal. Experiencia atendiendo clientes por llamadas, chat, WhatsApp, correo electrónico u otros canales digitales. Manejo de CRM y herramientas ofimáticas.
