RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES · Integrar y revisar las operaciones de los diferentes softwares de facturación con contabilidad. · Verificar los cobros y pagos relacionados con las ventas. · Realizar los registros de cartera, controlar de acuerdo con las políticas establecidas por la compañía y actualizar la información solicitada. · Gestionar el archivo de las operaciones de ventas. · Registrar las operaciones de compras, gastos y servicios utilizados por la compañía. · Causación de compras con tarjetas de crédito. · Auditoría al proceso de ventas. · Realizar provisiones de acuerdo a las políticas de las compañías. · Conciliaciones bancarias y demás cuentas. · Manejo de inventarios y costo de la mercancía vendida. · Controlar el envío de bonos regalos a las tiendas.
