We a re looking for a Senior Hands-on Generalist Digital Marketing Specialist with C1-level English proficiency and at least 4 years of experience, capable of managing the key pillars from start to finish for two accounts (EdgeClear and Convergent Trading), with the following tasks: Social Media: Organic strategy, content strategy, scripts and insights for content creation (for Videos and Asset formats), community management, and metrics. SEO: Comprehensive strategy (copywriting, technical SEO, keywords, backlinks, and management of SEMrush/Google Search Console). SEM: Creation and optimization of Google, Meta, Twitter, YouTube and Reddit Ads campaigns focused on conversion, budget, and return on investment (ROAS/CPA). Technical CRM and Tracking Management: Hands-on integrating ad platforms with CRM systems for lead attribution, plus setting up and maintaining tracking infrastructure (pixels, conversion APIs, UTM parameters). Data analysis and optimizations focused on conversion goals. Management: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SemRush, AH Refs, Screaming Frog, etc. data management and analytics tools. Overall performance report to the Marketing Manager. Required skills: C1-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role, preferably within the financial services industry (experience in trading is a significant advantage). Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Loomly, Zoho, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.). Experience with content creation tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools. Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone/style to the financial industry. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. A highly proactive, self-starting attitude with a proven ability to propose new strategies, test creative ideas, and constantly seek optimization. Experience managing the full content lifecycle, including scheduling, performance tracking, and analytics reporting. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
