Profesional de Calidad y Cumplimiento Bilingüe (Salud) - Bogotá At Global Strategic Network, we partner with pharmacies across the United States to strengthen their quality systems, improve regulatory compliance, and support operational excellence. We are looking for a bilingual healthcare professional who enjoys documentation, quality improvement, compliance, and process management, and who wants to build an international career while learning about the U.S. healthcare system. Responsabilities Prepare, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and technical documentation. Support quality management and compliance initiatives. Monitor documentation and follow up on action plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on continuous improvement projects. Help ensure compliance with internal quality standards. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Receive training and gradually support U.S. pharmacy accreditation projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or another healthcare-related profession. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs Compliance Documentation Audits Continuous Improvement Quality Management Systems Why Join Us?
