- Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Localization: Base on regional marketing direction, independently own the local promotion in Vietnam. Develop quarterly/monthly promotion plans based on local consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor dynamics; formulate localized operational tactics. 2. Sales Support: Support sales team to establish, develope, and maintain relationship with customers and partners, focusing on PV and BESS projects to achieve sales targets as defined by the sales team. - Qualifications: 1. Language: Vietnam 、English. Chinese capability is highly preferred. 2. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience. Background in photovoltaics, renewable energy, power equipment, or 3C industry. 3. Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite with data analysis capabilities. Capable of using design software is highly preferred. 4. Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 5. Sales Drive: Highly target-oriented with a strong sensitivity to numbers and resilience under pressure.
