Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of: Software Engineer - AI Solutions Poznań, Poland Your Responsibilities Works closely and sometimes leads scrum teams and digital product owners to analyze business needs to define and refine software requirements. Understanding requirements, apply system development methodology to identify, analyze, design, build, configure, test, and deploy solutions of high complexity. Strong understanding of software development to draw out specifications for integrated solutions. Drives collaboration across teams and business stakeholders across products. Follows Agile/Scrum software methodology for software development. Maintains and creates system documentation. Provides production support for the products including all integrations and customizations. Ability to learn and teach the latest and legacy tech stack as per enterprise guidelines and product needs. Our Requirements 3+ years of full stack hand-on experience in in Python, JavaScript, React, etc. 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub. Demonstrated experience with LLM concepts: Prompt engineering, API-based model usage, Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) basics. Demonstrated Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern backend systems. Familiarity with agentic coding and experience using agentic coding tools. Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset. Nice To Have Hands on experience with AI agents or A2A frameworks. Experience in multi-modal full stack multi-agent applications. Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements. Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks. What We Offer Employment contract. When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
