Job Post Summary Job Description We are looking for Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support at the locations of a leading international retail client. This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity. Assignments will be allocated based on your geographic location and availability. Key Responsibilities * Provide onsite IT and network support at customer locations. * Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues. * Install and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT equipment. * Perform hardware upgrades and break/fix support. * Complete service reports and update support tickets after each intervention. * Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve technical issues.
