Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Apply expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions Manage end-to-end data science projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture Contribute to the strategic vision of the Data Science team, providing input on initiatives that align with business objectives Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and generate valuable insights Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on advanced analytics and machine learning Proven experience delivering on complex data science projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline Experience in leading and ownership of complex data projects Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R Strategic thinking and the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives
