Job Description Cloud Engineer I is an IT professional responsible for providing the necessary technical assistance to the Cloud Engineering Team. This role will identify and troubleshoot operational issues with relation to cloud applications and services in a timely manner. Some Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To Working with IT teams on a wide variety of support functions including data integration, cloud services and applications Monitoring performance of and alerts for cloud applications, services, and systems Maintain overall Cloud infrastructure (i.e., EC2, SQS, S3, VPC, Lambda etc.) Carry out routine IAM and Key rotation in AWS Perform regular EC2 / Container patching Support of cloud platform and applications to ensure minimal downtime Working to meet SLAs and escalating issues to the Cloud Services team Partner with the Information Security teams as appropriate Provide support during off hours and weekends as needed Additional responsibilities as defined by management Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age.
