Production Costing Specialist (Manufacturing) (f/m)

Role purpose: The purpose of this role is to ensure effective control and transparency of production costs within a manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities: Own and execute daily, monthly and annual product cost calculation processes based on bill of materials (BOM) and routings Validate and review data related to product cost calculation, materials, inventory and production Prepare, analyse and provide insights on standard reports, KPIs and controlling insights, ensuring transparency for operations and business stakeholders in relation to product costing, materials, inventory Take ownership for selected controlling products, tools and reports, supporting further development and improvements Our requirements: Experience or strong exposure to product cost calculation or production controlling within a manufacturing environment (must have) Solid understanding of how product costs are built up, including materials, production processes, bill of materials (BOM), and routings (must have) Familiarity with ERP processes; experience with SAP is a strong advantage Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel Strong analytical skills, reliability, data affinity and an independent, goal-oriented working approach Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders Fluent English (written and spoken) An additional advantage will be: Experience with BI/reporting tools German language skills
