Own the technical direction and architecture of full stack solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals Set and enforce development standards to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance Act as the technical subject matter expert across full stack development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive and scalable solutions Identify and solve complex technical challenges, delivering solutions that can be leveraged across multiple teams Drive adoption of best practices and modern technologies to improve delivery efficiency and software quality Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Continuously improve development processes to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes What you bring?
