What the day will look like As a Business Analyst within Aon Business Services' Internal Consulting team, you will support a multi-year Target Operating Model transformation. Acting as a link between business collaborators and data, you will help translate strategic objectives, operational challenges, and future-state requirements into meaningful analyses, insights, and recommendations. Your Responsibilities Will Include Partner with business and transformation collaborators to understand strategic priorities and translate them into analytical insights and recommendations Support the development and implementation of Aon's future operating framework through data-driven analysis and decision-making Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement Develop dashboards, reports, and important metrics using applications like Excel and Power BI Support argument development, transformation tracking, and measurement of key outcomes Present findings and recommendations in a clear and business-focused manner to interested parties across the organization How this opportunity is different This role offers an outstanding combination of business consulting, operating model transformation and analytics, centered on a solid focus on turning data into actionable insights for the business. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success At least 3 years in Business Analytics, Internal Consulting, or Transformation roles Demonstrable ability to translate business needs and challenges into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations Proficiency in English Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience working with data and reporting tools including Excel spreadsheets and Power BI dashboards Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools Experience working on transformation, operating model, process improvement, or change initiatives is an advantage Very good communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences 2580108
