About the role: We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Design Team Lead to join our marketing team to lead our internal design studio. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a team of designers, copywriter and animator delivering world-class creative assets that power everything from product launches to brand assets and our global websites. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of design from planning to execution. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice, look, and feel of one of the most exciting SaaS brands out there. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love design and structures, know how to bring clarity to complexity. Someone that enjoys when great design meets a great story this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Set the creative bar and hold it. Give direction, step in when something isn't working, fix it yourself. Visual direction here isn't a memo, it's a conversation that happens in the file. Own the brand across every surface. Website, landing pages, events, films, social, decks, employer brand. If Connecteam shows up somewhere visually, it comes through this team. Build the production infrastructure. Briefing, review cycles, asset management, AI-assisted pipelines it’s the systems that let a lean studio produce at volume without cutting corners on craft. Bring generative AI into the actual workflow. Not as an experiment but as a production tool. From: Midjourney, Figma AI or MCP, Higgsfield or other tools: compress timelines, multiply output, free up the team for decisions that require real judgment. Be the creative counterpart to the rest of the company. Translate business briefs into creative and design that moves people. Understand what each team actually needs, not just what they ask for. Experience & Skills: A visionary design lead with a proven track record of 5+ years leading creative design team, in SaaS or tech companies A hands-on design leader not just managing, but also diving in when needed to guide visual direction and make things better. A natural mentor and team builder you’ve grown designers, built workflows, and know how to create a team dynamic where magic happens. As a storyteller at heart you understand how creativity serves business, how to turn insights into ideas, and how to make B2B feel human. You speak "brand" fluently but also know how to partner closely with product marketing, growth, HR and other teams to create amazing designs that make an impact. Why Now? Connecteam is growing fast. We’re expanding into new markets, launching new verticals, and evolving our platform and story. We’ve done the foundational work. Now it’s time to build the studio that can keep up with our ambition and elevate everything we do. If you’re looking for a seat at the table, not just to “make things pretty,” but to shape a brand people actually care about this is your moment. Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.
In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
