Buenos Aires, Argentina Argentina Full-Time Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the eight consecutive year, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the Unox Sales Team. This role will focus on identifying and managing sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Main responsibilities Establish UNOX presence and drive sales activities in the designated geography (Argentina). Implement and execute a business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence to drive sales growth and profitability. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to negotiation and closing, including hands-on product presentations and cooking demonstrations. Sell professional ovens and solutions across all organizational levels, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Close sales opportunities by building rapport with prospective customers, explaining product and service capabilities, and effectively overcoming objections. Penetrate target accounts for new business development while establishing, developing, and managing relationships with distributors and strategic partners within the territory. Organize and conduct marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, product presentations, cooking demonstrations, and customer engagement events. Organize and conduct after-sales training sessions (Top Training) for customers according to UNOX standards, ensuring effective support related to installation, maintenance, and product operation. Manage and coordinate technical support activities as required. Be responsible for the sales and financial performance of the assigned region. Set objectives and monitor the performance of markets, products, dealers, and distributors within the territory. Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system. Be responsible for administrative processes and link among Headquarter and dealers and distributors. Perform commercial analysis and business development activities, including profitability assessments, ROI evaluation, market expansion opportunities, and identification of growth drivers. Monitor and assess the territory’s macroeconomic variables and market dynamics, evaluating their impact on business performance. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Contribute strategically to the development and execution of long-term commercial initiatives, with the objective of strengthening market position and sustainable growth. Requirements Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from planning to closing—supported by hands-on cooking demonstrations of equipment. Strong technical understanding of high-end, innovative ovens and equipment, and their underlying technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels. Strong commercial and business development mindset, with experience in profitability analysis, ROI evaluation, and market expansion strategies. Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities with a results-oriented approach. Mandatory proficiency in English (both written and spoken). More than 5 years of experience in the HoReCa sector, Mining sector, or in senior sales roles. Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time to maintain a strong market presence.
