Our rapidly growing Data & AI Competence Center focuses on advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence, and modern data platforms. Our team consists of over 300 specialists delivering innovative Data and AI projects for clients across various industries. Join us as a Delivery Manager – a key role responsible for managing complex project streams, ensuring high-quality delivered solutions, and actively supporting sales activities. Your tasks Execution and supervision of projects in the Data & AI area Independent management of commercial projects and responsibility for their financial results Leading and managing project teams, ensuring their efficiency and development Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction Collaboration with the sales team to develop business and identify new opportunities Preparing technical and commercial proposals and co-creating winning offers for clients Ensuring high quality of delivered services and managing project risks Participation in initiatives developing Data & AI competencies (workshops, conferences, knowledge sharing) Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in IT Ability to prepare proposals and collaborate with sales teams Experience in managing project teams, budgets, and delegating and enforcing tasks Cooperation with external clients and building and maintaining business relationships Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, and decisiveness Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Office) and effective use of AI at work Very good command of English – minimum B2 level Residence in Poland and fluent Polish language skills Nice to have Experience in executing projects in Data, Big Data, Analytics, or AI/ML areas Participation in implementations of modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric Involvement in implementing solutions based on GenAI Experience working with enterprise clients or regulated industries Job no.
