Senior Recruitment Consultant (US Technology) 📍 Remote | Buenos Aires, Argentina 🌎 Focus: US Technology Startups Join a High-Growth Recruitment Business Working with the Most Exciting Startups in the US We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and help build world-class engineering, AI, product and go-to-market teams for some of the fastest-growing technology companies in the United States. This is an opportunity to work directly with venture-backed startups ranging from Seed stage through to Series D+, partnering with founders and hiring leaders while building relationships with exceptional talent across the US tech ecosystem. What You'll Be Doing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer acceptance. Build and maintain strong candidate networks across software engineering, AI, data, product and go-to-market functions. Identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, outbound outreach and other sourcing channels. Partner closely with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a best-in-class experience. Work alongside an experienced team supporting some of the most innovative technology companies in the market. Stay up to date with hiring trends, emerging technologies and the evolving startup landscape. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within technology recruitment. Previous experience recruiting for US-based technology startups is essential. Strong understanding of the US technology market and startup ecosystem. Excellent sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates. Fluent English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A consultative, relationship-driven approach to recruitment. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
