How will you power what’s possible? Job Summary Design, deploy, and maintain the systems that power our organization. Depending on your background, you may focus on server and cloud environments, wide-area and data center networking, or a blend of both. You will collaborate closely with security, DevOps, and application teams to ensure our infrastructure is resilient, scalable, and secure. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage physical, virtual, and cloud-based infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers Implement and maintain high-availability architectures, disaster recovery plans, and backup strategies Automate provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools Collaborate with security teams to enforce access controls, patch management, and compliance standards Monitor system and network performance; proactively identify and resolve capacity and reliability issues Document infrastructure, architecture, runbooks, and change management processes Participate in an On-Call rotation and support incident response efforts Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Required Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree 5-7 Years Experience Field(s) of Expertise: Enterprise IT infrastructure Certificates/Licenses: Industry Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Associate, CCNA/CCNP. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
