About the Role: This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).* Fubo is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who builds simple systems that solve complex problems. As a member of the Growth team, you’ll work across the entire stack: optimizing the user journey on landing pages and the purchase funnel, and building the backend services and APIs that power account management and growth features. You’ll work with designers, product managers and engineers, driving growth through rapid experimentation and data-driven development. This is a full stack role with a backend lean. You’ll spend meaningful time in Go building services and data flows, while also shipping frontend features in our React/Next.js stack. We want engineers who push for product input, join discovery and ideation, and stay curious about what makes a product customers love. AI-assisted development is part of how this team ships. Tools like Claude and Cursor are in our daily workflow, and we expect engineers to use them with judgment rather than treating their output as finished work. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
