The opportunity Be part of Network Control, a team within Enterprise Software that delivers world-class network management systems for utilities and power companies. You will support customers using Network Manager, our SCADA/EMS/GMS platform, ensuring their systems run smoothly in production. You will join a skilled, engaged team where your work directly impacts communities and society. This role offers real growth opportunities in a global, collaborative environment. How You'll Make An Impact Provide first-line support to customers using Network Manager. Manage and resolve incoming support requests from utility and power companies. Support planned and unplanned outage management processes. Assist customers with SCADA, EMS, and GMS systems in live production environments. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your background Experience in technical support or a similar engineering role. Knowledge of SCADA, EMS, or GMS systems. Ability to manage multiple support tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
