The Role AspenTech is a global leader in industrial software, helping energy companies modernize, optimize, and digitally transform their operations. Our Digital Grid Management (DGM) business provides advanced solutions for electric and gas utilities, including SCADA, DERMS, Historian, and predictive maintenance applications. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the digital transformation of the energy sector in LATAM, working with leading utilities to deliver high-impact technology solutions. Your Impact Role details Lead complex sales of OT software solutions for electric and gas utilities. Develop new business opportunities with mid-sized and large companies in the utility sector. Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with growth targets. Manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying strategic customers and qualified opportunities. Develop 3-year account plans including technical solutions, pricing strategy, and financial targets. Work closely with engineering and development teams to design tailored customer solutions. Deliver impactful, consultative sales presentations focused on business value. Lead commercial negotiations and contract closure. Collaborate with proposal and delivery teams to ensure high-quality technical and commercial offerings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, challenges, and industry developments. What You'll Need What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5–10 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in software or solutions for utilities. Hands-on experience with SCADA or OT solutions within utilities (electric / gas). Prior experience in the energy/utility sector is highly desirable. Fluent/native Portuguese (required) Advanced English (required) for interaction with global teams Spanish is a plus Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools Willingness to travel (within Brazil and potentially LATAM) What We Offer Opportunity to join a global leader in industrial technology Exposure to strategic digital transformation projects in the energy sector Collaborative, innovative, and international work environment Competitive compensation package (base salary + variable) Professional growth and development opportunities Candidates with similar skills and experience will be considered.
