The Opportunity As a Frontend Software Engineer , you will be part of a cross-functional product squad focused on delivering best-in-class user experiences for enterprise planning. Our product sits at the intersection of complex data, interactive interfaces, and performance at scale, used daily by decision-makers in global organizations. We’re looking for a pragmatic engineer who brings both technical depth and product intuition. You’ll take ownership of features from design to deployment, and contribute to building a robust, scalable, and accessible frontend. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain frontend features that are fast, scalable, and user-friendly. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate product ideas into functional and impactful user interfaces. Contribute to our internal design system and frontend architecture (state management, caching, reusable components). Build complex data visualizations (dashboards, charts, tables, maps) that enable data-driven decisions. Balance product delivery with technical improvements—ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance. Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team. Who You Are You have at least 3 years of professional experience in frontend development, ideally in a product-focused environment. You are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and have hands-on experience with React (or similar frameworks). You enjoy learning from others and are not afraid to ask questions or propose ideas. You care about code quality, testing, and scalability, even as you're still learning the trade. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
