You define testing approaches, drive automation initiatives, and promote quality best practices across the development lifecycle, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams. About Permits Permits is Sogelink’s SaaS platform that digitalizes and automates environmental and construction permitting processes. Built on scalable, API-driven architecture, it helps authorities manage applications, compliance checks, and complex regulatory workflows more efficiently — creating meaningful technical challenges for engineers building robust, high-performance solutions. What You Will Do Design, write and execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features. Build, maintain and improve automated test suites using Cypress. Perform API testing to ensure reliability and performance across integrated systems. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Architects throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to CI/CD quality practices and help ensure release readiness. Identify, document, and track defects, supporting their resolution with development teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, 2-week sprints, program increments). Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing. Strong experience with test automation, using Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks. Experience with API testing and defining test strategies for complex software products. Good understanding of Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS environments. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Xray is a plus. Exposure to AI-assisted testing is a plus. Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, and a strong team player. Fluent in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
