Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Clinical Diagnostic Group (CDG). In this role, you will remotely sell Bio-Rad products to achieve territory sales targets and grow business within an assigned customer and product portfolio. You will serve as the primary Bio-Rad contact for your accounts, working closely with a high-performing team to meet objectives and resolve issues. The role includes prospecting new customers, qualifying leads, assessing customer needs, preparing proposals, negotiating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and managing contracts, including renewals and extensions. The goal is to build trust, grow revenue, protect margins, strengthen customer satisfaction, and enhance Bio-Rad’s brand. This is a full-time hybrid position based at Bio-Rad Laboratories’ Helsinki office reporting to the Nordic Field Sales Manager based in Denmark. How You’ll Make An Impact Develop and execute the territory business plan, promote Bio-Rad products remotely, achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and manage the territory in a structured, organized, and compliant manner. Manage contracts for the assigned territory, including Reagent Rental, CPRR, and Standing Orders, as well as renewals and extensions, while supporting customers with ordering through available channels, including e-commerce options. Apply strong selling skills, forecasting, and results tracking, present achievements regularly, and maintain accurate funnel and opportunity data in Salesforce. Communicate clearly with internal and external customers, collaborate with the sales team to implement sales and marketing plans, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and upholding Bio-Rad’s quality standards. Take ownership of your development, continue learning, and attend required training. Monitor competitors’ services, pricing, and market activity, report findings in SFDS, and conduct targeted market research when needed. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in healthcare or a related field preferred, with 2+ years of remote sales experience in the healthcare market; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Strong drive to achieve results in challenging and competitive environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse professionals in a team environment, with a positive and collaborative approach. Strong technical skills to demonstrate research instruments and consumables. Fluency in Finnish, English, and Swedish is required.
