We have an opportunity for a Marketing Operation Analyst II to join our Marketing Operations team in Poland, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics. In this pivotal role, you will join an elite marketing operations and insights team focused on transforming complex data into actionable intelligence that drives business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with large datasets to analyze performance, generate insights, and influence marketing strategy. At Infoblox, Marketing Operations is viewed as the digital nervous system of the Global Marketing organization and is a key advisor and partner to senior marketing leadership. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do Own and evolve marketing performance analytics across pipeline contribution, ROI, funnel conversion, and customer lifecycle Partner with senior stakeholders to define KPIs, uncover insights, and influence marketing strategy and investment decisions Design and deliver scalable dashboards and reporting solutions (Tableau or similar BI tools) Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations Conduct deep-dive analyses across campaigns, channels, segmentation, and account engagement Ensure data accuracy and governance across key systems including Salesforce, Marketo, and attribution platforms Evolve lead scoring, account fit, and segmentation models using advanced analytical approaches Mentor junior analysts Apply AI to campaign measurement, forecasting, segmentation, and attribution to improve decision speed and marketing impact Translate complex marketing questions into AI-powered analytics solutions that drive insights, better investment decisions, and stronger go-to-market outcomes Advance analytics capabilities by evaluating and applying practical AI use cases that increase team capacity, speed turnaround, and improve impact Be Prepared — What You Bring Over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related field Strong experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets Advanced SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses or data lakes (e.g., Databricks, Amazon Redshift preferred) Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) Deep understanding of B2B marketing metrics, funnel dynamics, and attribution models Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred) Ideally experience applying statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, propensity modeling) Some familiarity with Python or R for data analysis or automation Preferable some experience with marketing mix modeling (MMM) to evaluate channel effectiveness and optimize budget allocation Some exposure to machine learning applications in marketing (e.g., lead scoring, churn prediction, personalization) or a desire to learn Be Successful — Your Path First 90 Days: Build relationships with key stakeholders and develop a strong understanding of Infoblox’s marketing data ecosystem, KPIs, reporting infrastructure, and core systems including Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and attribution platforms. One Year: Act as a strategic analytics partner to senior marketing leadership and drive measurable impact across pipeline growth, ROI, and marketing effectiveness.
