The Role As a Sales Representative in Conversational Commerce, you will turn inbound chat conversations into successful purchases by acting as a trusted advisor for global travellers. Your commercial focus directly impacts revenue growth and conversion rates, shaping the ultimate first impression of our brand. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by converting inbound live chat interactions into final sales. Maximise customer value through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and tailored product recommendations. Optimise the buying journey by handling objections and removing friction in real-time. Maintain exceptional response times while managing multiple conversations simultaneously without sacrificing quality. Deliver top-tier CSAT by providing accurate, friendly, and solution-oriented support. Apply performance insights from coaching and KPIs to continuously boost operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong written communication skills with a knack for clarity, empathy, and professional persuasion. Sales-oriented mindset focused on identifying customer needs and closing opportunities. Multitasking capability to manage high-volume live chats efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Goal-driven attitude comfortable working with monthly targets, performance metrics, and rapid changes. Nice to Have Experience in e-commerce, live chat sales, customer support, or the travel industry. Familiarity with CRM platforms, chat tools, shortcuts, and discount workflows.
