Successful candidates will join the IT Company which is part of a successful multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 1800 employees delivering business services and solutions across the globe. This position plays an active role in the software development lifecycle by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining API & Integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services. Responsibilities Deliver complex software features and components with high quality and minimal supervision. Allocate effort across development, bug fixing, refactoring, and technical improvements. Take ownership of assigned technical tasks from design through implementation and support. Balance feature delivery with technical debt reduction and code quality improvements. Contribute to sprint planning by estimating, sizing, and committing to work items. Prioritize work to meet sprint goals, release timelines, and production stability. Support production issues and participate in root cause analysis when required. Leverage and advocate within SCRUM development team use of AI advances such as Github Copilot to accelerate delivery of value to the business. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
