Lead large and/or complex projects related to supply chain transformation, product lifecycle management (PLM) and Manufacturing. This role ensures program alignment across global and local teams, drives standardization through SPDP processes, and delivers measurable business value through cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, and disciplined execution. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Lead end-to-end program execution across supply chain, PLM, and engineering functions, using SPDP and/or Agile methodologies. Manage global and local project projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, on-benefit (OTOBOS) delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders across BUs, clusters, and corporate functions, aligning program objectives with strategic goals. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, detailed plans, resource allocations, and financial forecasts. Facilitate executive-level communication, program reviews (PRCs), and reporting. Drive continuous improvement in project/program management standards and tool usage. Coach, guide, and support project managers across BU or cluster teams. Who we are looking for EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field (MBA preferred) Minimum 6-10 years of project/program management experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or PLM environments PMP certification (or equivalent) required; Agile/Scrum/SAFe knowledge preferred Experience leading cross-BU or cross-regional programs within a matrixed global structure Proven success managing new product introductions, supply chain optimization, and PLM system rollouts Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced project management: planning, budgeting, risk & issue management Technical acumen in PLM systems and supply chain operations Experience with supplier management, sourcing strategy, and supporting supplier certification processes Ability to lead strategic, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders Strong Agile delivery knowledge with working experience in Scrum or SAFe frameworks Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across global/local teams Capable of developing and executing communication, OCM, and change strategies Experience with ADKAR or similar change management frameworks Ability to lead, coach, and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams High accountability, business acumen, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset Familiarity with SPDP (Structured Project Delivery Process) and gated development frameworks ERP and PLM platforms (e.g., SAP, Windchill, etc.) Project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Planview or similar).
