We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong backend (Python), DevOps, and AI integration skills to help build robust services, APIs, and front-end components that enable agent execution, orchestration, and user interaction. Job Responsibilities Lead design and development of scalable backend services & APIs using Python and FastAPI. Optimize data models for relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) & NoSQL databases. Develop resilient asynchronous data pipelines, event-driven systems, and caching (Redis). Develop intuitive UI components for agent configuration & visualization (JavaScript and React). Structure and style internal interfaces effectively (HTML5, CSS3). Spearhead integration of LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace, Nvidia NIMs) for autonomous agents. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
