As our Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the use of Dalux’s product portfolio in Bulgaria. About Dalux Dalux develops BIM-based software for the construction and real estate industries. Our solutions are used in 147+ countries by leading contractors, building owners, and consultants. With colleagues in more than 30 countries, we’re known for world-first innovations like the fastest mobile BIM viewer and BIM-based AR for smartphones. We’re now entering the Bulgarian market, and we’re looking for a driven and hands-on sales colleague to lead the way. Your role As our first employee in Bulgaria, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and build our customer base. You’ll work closely with our international sales and customer success teams, but locally, you’ll be the one making it happen from prospecting and demos to negotiation and onboarding. Some of your daily responsibilities as a Sales Executive will include: Identify new potential customers, thoroughly understand their needs, and match them with our high-end digital solutions Confidently handle complex B2B software sales processes according to strategy and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers Successfully implement Dalux software in the customer’s organization and train their Super Users – both online and at construction sites Engage in various marketing activities such as attending conferences, planning Dalux user events, trade shows and seminars, as well as conducting webinars focusing on Dalux products Participate actively in our internal network at Dalux Your background You have a strong track record in selling B2B SaaS solutions to the construction industry. You understand the needs of contractors and building owners, and you know how to navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders. You’re structured, proactive, and confident in customer meetings, whether it’s a strategic negotiation with decision-makers or a technical deep dive with end-users. We imagine you bring: Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the construction technology industry A deep understanding of the construction industry in Bulgaria and its digital transformation Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluency in Bulgarian and English (spoken and written) Experience with BIM, project management tools, or other construction-related platforms is a strong advantage.
