Job Requisition #: 033583 AI Engineer (Open) Job Description Greif Packaging LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in developing and deploying GenAI and AI/ML solutions to production. This requires hands-on experience with no code, low code, and SDKs to build AI systems. The candidate should be proficient in working with data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, GenAI platform such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and ChatGPT. The ability to manage small projects with minimal supervision and a working knowledge of the Agile methodology are essential. The candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced PoC (Proof of Concept) delivery schedule. Key Responsibilities Focus on designing and developing proof of concepts (PoCs) and demonstrating the solution to internal customers on a tight schedule. Utilize GenAI no code, low code, and SDKs to build robust GenAI agents that automate business processes to build PoC Take GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from concept to Proof-of-Value (PoV) and work with other team members to scale the PoV to production. Develop documentation for each development, including testing and validation procedures/plans Embed/integrate GenAI agents (Copilot agents) into business platforms such as Workday, Teams, etc. Work on small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision. Apply Agile methodology to ensure efficient project delivery. Support the AI CoE in its user engagement and AI Toolkit adoption mission Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in AI, computer science, Engineering, mathematics or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in developing and deploying Agentic solutions to production. Hands-on experience developing solutions using no code/low code platforms and SDKs. Must be proficient in Microsoft Azure GenAI platforms (AI Foundry, Copilot Studio), Power Platform. Experience applying advanced AI concept such as MCP servers for connecting AI Agents to tools and. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Automation of complex processes using GenAI agents, especially using the Azure Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and other low code/no code platforms. Advanced programming with Python, SQL Hands-on experience with at least one of the following data storage systems: Snowflake, Azure Fabric (One Lake), and PostgreSQL A preferred candidate would also have experience building sites with SharePoint building automation workflows with Power Automate platform. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
